Are you seeing clients in-person?

We are fully remote and provide telehealth services 7 days a week to women residing in the state of New York. We use a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform to conduct all sessions.

Do you accept insurance?

We are in-network with Aetna, including HMO, PPO, and Student Health Plans (Columbia, NYU, and FIT). Please note, a quote of benefits does not guarantee payment or verify eligibility.

If you have out-of-network benefits, we are more than happy to help you navigate the process and provide superbills for reimbursement.

What is the cost of sessions?

Our fees vary depending on the experience and expertise of the therapist you are seeing. Without insurance, therapy usually costs between $150-$350 per session.

What is your cancellation policy?

If a client cancels within 48 hours of a scheduled session, the full cash / self-pay rate is applied to the session and the cash rate is owed. We are unable to bill insurance for missed or cancelled sessions.
